2 C flour
|

4 tsp baking powder
|

1 1/2 C grated cheese
|

1 C crushed pineapple, drained
|

1/2 tsp salt
|

4 rashers bacon, chopped
|

1/2 tsp mixed herbs (optional/or similar)
|
|
1/4 C oil
|
|
1 egg
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 180C.
|
|
|
Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix until JUST combined (don't over mix).
|
|
|
Spoon mix into 12 non-stick muffin tins and bake for 25-30mins until puffed up and golden brown.
|
|
|
Cool for 5 minutes in the tins then tip out to cool properly on a wire rack.
