Ingredients
2 loaves italian or french bread, cut diagonally into 3/4 inch squares
2 large cloves of garlic
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 jar tomato and basil sauce
bruschetta toppings-
Sliced mozzarella
Sauteed mushrooms
fresh basil
 

Instructions
Broil bread slices until golden. Rub with garlic, then brush with olive oil. Evenly spoon unheated sauce over bread, then top with toppings.
