     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups sweet potato, cubed
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping-
1/3 cup flour
 
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
mini marshmallows

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, Put sweet potatoes in saucepan with water. Cook over medium heat until tender, drain and mash.
In large bowl- mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to 9 x 13 inch pan.
In medium bowl, mix the brown sugar and flour. cut in butter until mixture is coarse. Add mini marshmallows. Stir in pecans and sprinkle over mixture.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
