     Nutella Pin Wheels

4 sticks butter one pound, 1 1/3 cups sugar, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 3 large egg yolks, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 4 2/3 all purpose flour. In a large bowl of the electric mixer beat together butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Beat in yolks, one at a time, add vanilla . Beat in flour gradually until just combined. Divide into two and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a cool place. Form rectangle and roll between two pieces of wax paper to thin pastry. Spread Nutella all over. Starting with the long end start rolling using the wax paper to help you roll. Form a roll and freeze for 30 minutes or more. The harder it is the easier it is to slice. Slice it to about 1/4 inch rolls and bake until done about 12 minutes! Repeat with the other half of the dough
