Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef (I use 80% or ground chuck)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup onion. minced
1/4 cup canned evaporated milk
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup ketchup, divided in half

1 and 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups Corn Flakes crushed finely

Instructions
In a large bowl, with your hands, mix the ground beef, beaten eggs, 1/2 the onion soup mix, onion, garlic powder, 1/3 cup ketchup, pepper, evaporated milk, and crushed corn flakes. Place onto a greased baking dish with sides and form into a loaf.
Mix remaining ketchup, and brown sugar and pour over loaf. Cover tight with foil and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-25 minutes or until fully cooked. When finished cooking, remove from baking dish right away.
