Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Slowly mix in dry ingredients until just blended.
Wrap in wax paper and chill for one hour.
Roll 1/4 dough at a time and cut with cookie
cutters.
Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
Bake for 8-9 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
