Heat oil in a large skillet over med high heat. Add garlic, onion, and sausage. Cook stir frequently until sausage is brown. About 3-4 min. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, milk, and pasta. Season. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked. About 13-14 min. Remove from heat and top with cheese.
