Heat oven to 350. Combine chicken, arugula, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan and tomato sauce. Mix milk and garlic powder, stir in 2 Tbsp basil. Reserve half; mix remaining half with the chicken mixture. In a 13x9 baking dish place 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Top with milk mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture. Top with remaining noodles, milk mixture and mozzarella; cover. Bake 25 min. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let stand 5 min.
