Place a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Add oil and cook shrimp. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add green onions to the oil and cook for 1 min. Add wine and let simmer until reduced by half. Add garlic, sauce, pepper, and paprika. Shake the pan well and cook for 1 min. Reduce the heat to low. Cut butter into small chunks and slowly add into the pan. Melt butter. Add shrimp back to pan. Coat well.
