Cook bacon crisp remove from pan & crumble.
Reserve 2 tbls grease . Add chopped onions & saute
til soft. Add 1 tbls karo syrup & saute on low for
10 mins until carmelized. Stir in 1 tbls karo
syrup vinegar & bacon. Mix well & remove from
heat. Add so cream & cream cheese stir to blend.
Add 1 1/2 c jack cheese.
Pour into buttered 1 qt baking dish. Top with
remaining jack. Bake 350 for 15 to 20 mins until
bubbly edges. Top with gr onions.(serve with
crackers & raw veggies)
