     Cheese Fondue

1 clove garlic
1 cup Chardonnay or Riesling
Salt-pinch (1/8tsp)
White pepper-pinch (1/8 tsp)
Nutmeg-pinch (1/8 tsp)
4 oz. Emmenenthaler or swiss cheese, grated
4 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
2 TBS. Flour
1 -2 tsp. Sherry or Kirsch

Slice garlic in half and rub inside of fondue pot. Add white wine and seasoning to pot and bring to just a boil, or just until bubbles form and rise.
Mix cheeses and flour together and stir into heated wine. When melted stir in Sherry or Kirsch
