     Perogy Dough

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 tsps. salt
5 1/2 cups flour
 

Instructions
Sift flour and salt into medium size mixing bowl. Mix water and egg and beat lightly. Gradually mix all contents (add flour to water). Dough should be made fairly soft for rolling. Let it stand covered for 20 minutes, then roll out as thin as you would for pie crust. The thin sheets of dough should be large enough to overlap edges of filling. Roll with a rolling pin.
