1. Mix all the ingredients other than eno salt, squeeze the lemon and let the batter settle for 30 minutes.
2. Put a pressure cooker on heat

3. Mix eno salt and stir well. Air bubbles should start appearing already. The batter should be cooked very soon now.
4. Grease a vessel and pour the batter into it and put it in the pressure cooker.
5. Cook without pressure for approximately 8 minutes on medium heat.

6. If desired, tadka with mustard seeds and green chilli gives a better flavor. Or else can be served as it is.
7. Cut into pieces and serve.
