     Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
2 c. Bisquick, Do not pack
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 large bananas, mashed
1/4 c. pecans, chopped &/or chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.Combine Bisquick mix, sugar and baking soda. Combine mashed bananas, nuts, chips, egg and milk adding this to dry mix. Beat to blend thoroughly. Turn this mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 10 minutes in pan then remove from pan and completely cool on a rack. I put mine in refrigerator for at least 12 to 24 hours so the flavors will marry.
