     Lemon Iced Box Pie

Ingredients
2 egg yolks
l/2 c. lemon juice
l .5 cans Eagle Brand milk
Crust
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crusts
1/3 cups melted butter
3 T. sugar
 

Instructions
PIE-Mix egg yolks and canned milk with hand mixer or electric mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust.
This is a wonderful recipe that my family loves. We have served it at all holiday functions. It is also great after a steak or heavy meal as the lightness of a dessert is welcomed
CRUST- Combine crumbs and sugar in bowl. Stir in melted butter until thoroughly blended. Pack mixture firmly in a 9-inch pie plate.
Pour mixture in the completed crust and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Chill for several hours before serving. Top with whipping cream or non-dairy whipped topping, thawed.
Serving Suggestions
You can also top the cream with twisted lemon rind to dress it up for company
