Squeeze out zucchini so it is very dry. Add egg.
Mix in enough parmesan cheese to dry zucchini. Pat into small pan. Bake about 5 minutes or until crust like.
When crust is done, top with sauce and rest of ingredients. Bake until cheese is melted.
