     Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
Cheese Sauce; 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup flour, 3 cup milk, 1 cup chicken stock, 4 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika
2 large chicken breast
12 slices bacon uncooked
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut each breast into 3 pieces. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each breast. Lay each piece out in a greased baking pan. Bake for 30 min. Cheese sauce- in a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add flour whisk to avoid lumps. Once well mixed, cook over low heat for several min to cook out the flour taste. Slowly pour 1 cup of milk into flour mixture whisking constantly. Once smooth add the rest of the milk still whisking. Add the cheese, whisking as you add. Once all the cheese is added and melted, use the chicken stock as needed for the right thickness. Season to taste. Pour over chicken.
