Ingredients
4 redfish filets
2 eggs
1 Tbsp creole seasoning
12 oz crust
2 Tbsp butter
Crust- 1 cup bread crumbs, 8 oz ground sausage, 1 Tbsp creole seasoning
 

Instructions
Combine all crust ingredients. Beat eggs to create an egg wash. Season both sides of fish with seasoning. Place in egg wash and then coat with crust. Place butter in skillet and bring to med high heat. Saute fish until brown then flip and place in 350 oven. Bake 10 min.
