     Chicken & Broccoli Stuffing Skillet

Ingredients
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 T. oil
2 c. water
1 lb. fresh broccoli florets
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 6 min. on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
Add water and broccoli to skillet; bring to a boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
Return chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
