Roll dough into a ball and allow to rise for at least an hour, or til the dough as doubled in size.
Saute onions and peppers in okive oil, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Add garlic and sausage. Cook til no longer pink, drain and set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Stretch dough out into a 15 in square. Over with provolone, leaving a 1 inch border. Top with sausage mixture, followed by olives and grated cheese and basil.
Fold the edge nearest you to the middle, then flop the newly formed edge over again, then fold the top edge over, pinching the dough together to make a seal. Carefully flip roll onto a jelly roll pan, brush with oil and bake for 45 min.
