     Cucumber in Sour Cream

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 large cucumber
1 onion, chopped into thin half rings
 
Instructions
Add suar to sour cream and stir in vinegar gradually. Mix well. Slice cucumbers and onions and pour mixture over.
