Heat over to 350 degrees. Grease a bread pan. Mix butter, sugar and eggs for 5 minutes with electric mixer. Blend in flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add milk and dry mix alternatley. Beat until smooth, add nuts, mix by hand. Pour batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Frost with Browned Butter Icing.
