     Chicken Coverdell

8 chicken breasts, boneless
1 package bacon
1 package dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
3/4 cup milk

Grease a baking dish. Take chicken breasts and room them up and wrap a slice of bacon around them. You can lightly pound these out between two pieces of plastic wrap first if the breasts are thick. Lay each rolled and wrapped chicken breast in the dish.
Mix the soup, 3/4 of the sour cream and milk over low heat. Cut the dried beef into small squares and put about 3/4 of it into the sauce. When heated through, pour mixture over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for around 2 hours. Sprinkes the reamining beef on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
You will have a bit of extra sour cream, based on the use in this recipe. You can save it OR add more to the sauce in order to make it a bit lighter and thinner.
