     Ortega Chile Rellenos

Ingredients
3 small cans whole green chiles, split and laid flat
3/4 lb grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 lb grated cheddar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp flour
1 6oz can condensed milk
1 6oz can taco sauce or taco sauce mix
 

Instructions
In a 9 by 12 baking dish layer the chiles, then jack, then cheddar cheese until all ingredients are used. End with cheese on top. In a blender, mix eggs, flour and condensed miolk. Pour mixture over the chiles and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with taco sauce and bake another 30 minutes more.
