     Chicken and Brisket Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
2 large onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs. vegetable oil
1 1/2 teas. jarred beef soup base
2 lbs. skinned and boned chicken breasts
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
12 oz. can shoepeg corn
12 oz. can creamed corn
9 oz. pck. frozen baby lima beans
 
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1 tbs. brown sugar
1 teas. yellow mustard
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teas. coarsely ground pepper
1 lb. beek brisket (Shank steak)
1 tbs. lemon juice

Instructions
Saute onions and garlic in hot until tender.
Stir tougher beef soup base and 2 cups of water and add to crock pot. Stir in chicken and next 9 ingredients. Add beef and lemon juice. Cook on low until done. 4-5 hours
Shred chicken and beef.
