Wash and drain lettuce, set aside. Peel and segment the grapefruit. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Peel and slice the onions. Place greens in medium bowl and toss with 1/4 cup vinaigrette.
Arrange dressed greens in a pile and decorate with cheese and fruit. Top with onion slices.
Vinaigrette- Whisk the mustard, honey, and shallot in the bottom of a small bowl. Add the vinegar, grapefruit juice and pomegranate juice, whisk again. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Season to taste with kosher salt and crushed peppercorns.
