Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Slice the sausages thickly and place in a large bowl. Add the potatoes, paprika, sea salt and pepper. Tear the ciabatta into bite size pieces and add to the bowl.
Drizzle with the olive oil and toss gently. Transfer to a large roasting tin and add the rosemary stalks on top. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
Roast, stirring occasionally for 30 - 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the bread and the sausages are golden brown.
Sprinkle with the basil and serve with a salad and the remaining ciabatta.
