You will need one gallon milk, 2 pkts of instant non- fat dry milk ( 90 grams each) 1 rennet
tablet crushed. Mix the dry milk with a little milk from the gallon and whisk to get the lumps
out. add to the gallon of milk in a sterilized pot, heat to just about luke warm. add the
crushed rennet tablet mixed with a little milk. cover and let it stand for at least 2 hours.
when it settles and it becomes a curd spoon into the cheese molds. Fill them to the top
because a lot of whey comes out of them. Cover and let stand in the fridge overnight! then
turn them into a dish and sprinkle a little bit of salt! Good
luck and enjoy. They are delicious with a little salt and pepper or
you can add to soups right at the end!
