Heat oven to 350. Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks.
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each piece of
chicken with a piece of bacon, secured with a
toothpick. Stir together brown sugar and chili
powder. Dredge each piece of chicken. Coat a rack
with non stick spray, set inside a pan / cookie
sheet. Place chicken on rack and cook 30 - 35
minutes or until bacon is crispy.
