IMPORTANT NOTE- I only did a third of the recipe for a 4 qt crock pot
2 16 oz cans pineapple slices, drained
2 16 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 16 oz jar maraschino cherries
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1.5 oz envelope stir-fry chicken seasoning blend
6 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts, halved
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except the chicken in the
crock pot. Stir well. Add the meat and stir well
to coat. Cover and cook on preferred setting, LOW
for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
I used 1 10 oz can of mandarin oranges, 1 10 oz jar of cherries and one can of pineapple in order to try to cut this recipe down to fit into my 4qt crock pot.
