Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4-6
Preptime   60 minutes

Ingredients
3 TBS soy sauce
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cubed 1 1/2 inch size
2 TBS sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup vegetable oils
1 cup cold water
1 TBS cornstarch
1 TBS soy sauce
3/4 cups chopped walnuts (recommended)

Instructions
In small bowl, coat pork cubes in 3 TBS of soy sauce. Mix flour and sugar, then add pork cubes in mixture. Set aside. Heat oil in medium-high wok for 3-4 minutes and stir fry pork in two batches (approximately 3 minutes each). Reduce wok heat to medium low and simmer (covered) all pork for 30 minutes.
Mix water and corn starch into a slurry. Pull pork pieces to high side of wok (or remove). Add cornstarch slurry slowly into wok and heat to light boil. Add soy sauce and cook to thicken. Mix in pork and walnuts to coat thoroughly on low for 3 minutes.
