     Shrimp Spread

1 - 8oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce (see my recipe below)
2 cups (8oz) shredded mozerella cheese
1 can small shrimp, rinsed & drained or 1/2-3/4 lb. cooked/chopped shrimp
3 green onions - sliced
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
Cocktail Sauce
1/4 cup horseradish
3/4 cup ketchup
dash of lemon juice
1 tsp. Frank's Redhot sauce

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and mayo until smooth. Spread onto a 12-in round serving plate; top with seafood sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp, onions & tomato. Chill until serving. Serve with bread or crackers. Leftovers- mix all together, doesn't look as pretty but still tastes great.
