     Veggie Pinwheels

Ingredients
1 package flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1/2 envelope dry ranch seasoning
broccoli
cauliflower
carrots
 
Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning. Finely chop equal amounts of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Spread cream cheese mixture on tortilla shell. Spread thin layer of chopped veggies on cream cheese. Roll up.
Refrigerate until cream cheese is set up. Slice. Keep refrigerated until served.
