|
Make brownie mix per directions and cool.
|

|
|
Filling-
Cream sugars together, add vanilla and milk, and beat. Add flour and beat well. Spread on cooled brownies. Let set up.

|
|
Topping-
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave for 1 minute and stir. Continue until smooth. Spread on top of filling after it is set up. Let topping set up. Cut into squares.

|
|
Alternate topping-
Sprinkle mini semi-sweet chocolate chips over top of filling, press in lightly.
