Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice for part of water. Mix together pudding and jello, stir in water and mandarin orange juice.

Cook over high heat until comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

|
Stir in mandarin oranges and refrigerate until set (4 hours to overnight).
|
|
|
When completely cooled and set up, fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until time to serve.
