Ingredients
1 lb butter
1 lb sugar
1 3/4 lb flour
10 eggs
1 tsp BP
Almond essence
Lemon essence
Vanilla essence
1 C ginger ale (approx)
 
1 kg sultanas
1kg currants
400-500g pkt raisins
Instructions
Soak fruit in ginger ale. Mix in ginger ale well to moisten.
