Mix together and form crush on bottom of 8’ or 9’ spring form pan. (I spray the pan generously first with PAM)
Filling-
In a small bowl, beat 3 whole eggs 10 minutes with electric mixer; set aside.
In another bowl, blend together-
2 large packages cream cheese (8 oz. each), softened to room temperature
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Add beaten eggs to cheese mixture, and beat together until smooth and even.
Pour mixture into pan with crust and bake a 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
