     Chocolate Self-saucing Pudding

Ingredients
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 T cocoa
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C milk
vanilla
2 T butter
 
TOPPING
1/2 C sugar
1 T cocoa
1 1/3 C hot water

Instructions
Sift flour, BP, salt and cocoa. Add sugar, milk, vanilla and melted butter. Mix until smooth. Put in dish and sprinkle top with TOPPING ingredients (pour water over at end).
Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes.
