     DEE’S BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT

Ingredients
1 (4-ounce) pkg. butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)
2 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. pecans
 

Instructions
Cook pudding mix with milk using package directions. Cool. Beat egg and oil in bowl. Add to pudding and mix well. Combine pudding mixture and cake mix in mixer bowl; beat until smooth and thick. Spread in Pam-sprayed 11 x 14 inch pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Cut into squares.
