     SANDRA’S PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

Ingredients
1 large can (29 oz.) pumpkin or 2-16 oz. cans
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 sticks margarine, melted
 
1 c. nuts

Instructions
1 large can (29 oz.) pumpkin or 2-16 oz. cans 4 eggs 1 can evaporated milk 1-1/2 c. sugar 1-1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cinnamon Beat all ingredients together and put in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 2 sticks margarine, melted 1 c. nuts Sprinkle cake mix (dry) over mixture. Pour melted margarine over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No longer. Top with whipped cream (just as good without it!)
