     Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1 med. onion - chopped
10 oz. pkg chopped spinach
14 oz can artichoke hearts - chopped
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c. monterrey jack cheese - grated
1 c. parmesan cheese - grated
2 T. tobasco
salt to taste
 

Instructions
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 3/4 c. monterrey jack cheese, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, tobacco and salt. Stir until well blended and heated through. Pour mixture into 1/2 qt. casserole and top with remaining cheeses. Bake at 350 until cheese starts to brown.
