     Pie crust for double crust

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup shortening
1/3 cup water
 

Instructions
In mixing bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening till texture resembles peas. Add water and mix adding more if needed to make dough stick together. Divide in half. Roll first half and roll on floured tea towel till it fits 9 inch pie pan. Roll into pan repeat with second half.
