     Jalapeno Jelly

Ingredients
5 jalapenos minced
4 med-sized bell peppers minced
1 cup white vinegar
5 cups sugar
2 pouches liquid pectin
 

Instructions
combine in 6-qt pot and bring to boil for 10 min. Remove from heat
stir in 2 pouches of liquid pectin. Bring to boil rapidly for 1 min.
Remove from heat and skim off foam with a spoon. Quickly ladle into hot, sterilized jars, leaving head space then seal.
