     FROSTED PUMPKIN CAKE SQUARES

Ingredients
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
½ c. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
 
Frosting-
¾ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. cream cheese
2 Tbs. butter or margarine, softened
½ tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pam spray a 9-inch square pan. In bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat sugar and eggs 2 minutes. Beat in pumpkin and oil. At low speed, add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt; beat 1 minute. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pumpkin cake in pan. Prepare frosting- In bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat powdered sugar and remaining ingredients 2 minutes or until fluffy. Frost cake.
