a. seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder to rub on pork

b. 2 stalks celery

b. 1/2 onion chopped

b. 2 cups burgundy wine

c. 1 packet brown gravy mix

c. egg noodles

Instructions |

|
Rub pork to season and place in baking dish.
|
|
|
Add the celery and onion to the top. Pour the wine over. Marinate
during the day.
|

c. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
|
|
|
Put the pork on a plate and strain out the vegetables. Add gravy
packet to the wine juice and stir. Pour over pork and egg noodles
to serve.
