     Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut into strips)
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups brown rice, uncooked
4 cups broccoli (thawed if frozen)
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1 1/2 cups water
 

Instructions
Cook chicken in small amount of oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Top with cashews.
