Brown meat and drain. Mash crackers in bowl. Beat egg and pour
in milk, cracker crumbs, onion, seasonings and meat. Work
together adding cheese. Wrap buns with foil and place mixture on
top of each bun. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
