In skillet cook chicken in oil with paprika and onions. Add liquid
from rotel and broth. Add rotel tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Pour in
rice and stir together. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10
minutes until rice is done. Cover with shredded cheese and cook 5
minutes until cheese is melted.
