Grease and flour tube cake pan. Pop popcorn and let cool. Mix
popcorn, both kinds of M&Ms and peanuts. Melt butter and
marshmallows and pour over popcorn. Mix thoroughly and press
into tube pan. Let stand several hours or overnight. Turn out onto
plate.
