     Sea Foam Icing

Ingredients
2 c brown sugar
12 T water
2 egg whites - beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
 
Instructions
Cook brown sugar and water until almost thread. Pour over beaten egg whites. Mix until forms stiff peaks. Mix in cinnamon and nuts.
